Autograph book of Kenneth Wood of Margam, Port Talbot

A pocket size autograph book in which signatures have been collected by Kenneth Wood of Margam, Port Talbot. The book was gifted to Kenneth by John, Christmas 1953. Only two pages of autographs are dated, one for the Scotland v Wales match in October 1962 two thirds of the way through the book and then the book looks to have been resurrected at a later date, one page toward the rear of the book contains the autographs of Swansea City in the 1990s. We believe most signatures were collected in the early 1960s. They are mostly the autographs of association football teams. Kenneth looks to have been a Swans supporter and has most likely collected the autographs at Swansea Town matches, teams include Hull, Lincoln, Stoke, Notts County, Sheffield Wed, Barnsley & Bury. Most teams are incomplete and nearly all have numbers written in red next to the autographs, these will most likely correspond to the numbers of the players as they appear in the match programme.
