Dale  - Like his dad, Dale is an all round sportsman. he is currently a member of the Welsh Orienteering squad and has represented Wales several times at this sport. He has completed several triathlons, finishing 2nd junior in the Shoreline Triathlon in Bude and  2nd in the Welsh Aquathlon (swim-run) championship in 2006. His strongest discipline is cycling and he competes regularly at cyclo-cross events in Wales. In 2006 he finished 2nd in the Welsh Schools Championships and 3rd in the Welsh Champs. In early 2007 he represented Wales at cyclo-cross. He is currently working full time at Rugby Relics and helps out occasionally as a website designer & mechanic at Schmoo's of Swansea.
