| EASTBOURNE COLLEGE RUGBY FOOTBALL 1900-1910 by EC Arnold | |||
| A delightful well illustrated history of the first 10 years of rugby at the College. The history is broken down into years with a result list followed by a lengthy commentary by EC Arnold, the master in charge. Team photos abound accompanied by several action photos of college matches, unusual for a publication of this age. This book was the personal copy of GV Carey, captain of the college in 1904 who played for the Harlequins and went on to Cambridge to gain a Blue in 1907 & 1908, he also represented Surrey. He has signed the book to the front end flypaper, his photo appears opposite the title page, a second-hand card covers, some discolouration to covers otherwise the book is in excellent condition | |||
